Waiting for the boat- June 9th
After a 7 hour bus trip we had over taken the boat. We arrived a little early in Yenisyesk and took a taxi to the boat station. We had three hours to wait for our boat. The mosquitoes were murder. Mika has a way of attracting drunk people. We shared the gospel with one. I do find this very frustrating though, because it is hard to know mow much they are really listening, and they so easily become distracted with other things.

These river shots are beautiful. It's hard to grasp the scale of such rivers. In Australia we might have the distances but we certainly don't have volumes of water like that!
quite the busy harbour especially contrasted with Sydney or Vancouver. Iqaluit didnt even look this calm though it is a few hours before the boat is scheduled to arrive.
