A little correction

It turns out that not all of the city are on shower strike today. Just people on the right bank of the river, and also those of us who live in the "October region".

No water, right? IF you had been told about it beforehand, you would have been able to fill the bath as a reserve...
I well remember Russian summers without any hot water, although no water at all was much rarer. I got used to cold showers, and heating water on the stove to mix with cold and wash my hair.

But you're wrong, we do have water.
