Every visitor to Russia must register their visa with the local authorities. Thankfully this is many times easier than it used to be. We picked up some forms from the post office, to register Mom and Dad. A friend filled out the forms and registered them at her address. We returned to the post office to have the forms verified and pay a small fee. The post office forwarded the registration to the Migration Office. The whole process took about an hour. The last time I helped somebody register back in October the process took about 4 hours, and included a trip to the bank (now removed from the process). Registrations in earlier years have taken the whole day. This time it was almost a joy!
Catching the bus to Udachni to play mini golf.
This is the same mini golf course I played a tournament at a few weeks ago. We had a perfectly sunny day to play. It cost us just 350 rubles ($12) an hour for the whole group.
Just to let you know, this is the only course of its kind in the city. We are not that developed in Krasnoyarsk. Melody is helping Abigail with her putting stroke. :)
