"But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."- St. Peter. "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." - Jesus.

Bike riding and China town

This "gate" marks the original location of the gates of the (Krasnoyarsk) Krasny-Yar fort founded in 1628. In the background is "Kitai Gorod" or Chinatown.

China town is not a food and restaurant place like in other cities. In Krasnoyarsk it is an indoor market place. Much of it is whole sale for other markets around the city. Chinese people import their products directly here.

Hot dogs on the street out the front of China town.

A main thorough fare in Krasnoyarsk.

Yenisey river with islands in it.

The foot bridge to one of these islands. Yura and Tonya have expressed their love with a jigsaw puzzle.

A view on this same footbridge looking towards the tradition city entrance.

Grandpa with the kids in tow.

Grandma is riding a bike too. :) (On Tatyshevo Island in the middle of the river.)

This tree is a popular spot for photos.

Grandpa, PJ, Abigail, Grandma.

Our little family.

A view from Tatyshevo Island of the city traffic bridge and the city to the right.

Melody and I left the others behind for a longer bike ride.

Altogether in our Siberia 2011 "Paul's budget tours" t-shirts.
