Summer Snow

Winter is long and cold in Siberia. Summer is very hot and the days are long. Spring is just a bus stop in between seasons. The transformation from winter barrenness to Summer green is very quick. In the Spring many of the trees have flowers as in the picture. Only a couple weeks later the flowers drop their blossoms all over the ground creating a "Summer Snow." For people such as Melody who have allergies this can be quite difficult. It is very pretty though.
