It is wonderful having people that we can make plans for the future with. We have some big dreams. It is easier to believe that these dreams are possible, when we don't dream them alone.

The best way to make those dreams come true is if you can all work together, rather than just “dream together”. There is an interesting word, “synergy”, which means that the combined effect of co-operative efforts is far greater than the sum of those individual efforts. And so I would just encourage you all with the thought that synergism is the “way to go”.
