I went to the local University the other day to talk to them about requirements when transferring credit from an Australian Univeristy to a Russian University. It sounds like it would be quite a complicated process. All documents would have to translated, copied, notarised and sent with originals to the Ministry of Education in Moscow. These are valuable documents. The process would then take about a month before the originals would be returned and the copies held on to. They would then determine which subjects would be recognised and counted as credit in a Russian university so that I could undertake post graduate study. Obviously this is still a little way off.

What kind of temperature is this? How can you possibly have minus zero degrees?
The weather is steadily cooling down. Average of the next 7 days: 0 C high; -4 C low.

yes 0 is not negative or possitive. Is it a pessimist that puts it at -0 rather than +0,like a half full or half empty glass?
We're getting +4 during the day, and -8 overnight now.
