"But do not forget this one thing, dear friends: With the Lord a day is like a thousand years, and a thousand years are like a day. The Lord is not slow in keeping his promise as some understand slowness. He is patient with you, not wanting anyone to perish, but everyone to come to repentance."- St. Peter. "And this gospel of the kingdom will be preached in the whole world as a testimony to all nations, and then the end will come." - Jesus.

A new bridge for our city

The infrastructure in Krasnoyarsk is really struggling. Peak hour traffic is extremely heavy. Other times of day can still be bad. Admittedly there are a couple of causes of bad traffic that could easily be solved- (a) when there is an accident, people are not allowed to move their cars, they have to wait for the police to come to determine fault, this can take hours and definitely cause traffic delays and (b) during busy periods people often creep into an intersection when they cannot get through to the other side, this only serves to create gridlock and hold traffic up further.

But there is a small promise of improvement in the future. To the right of the train bridge a third bridge is being built across the river. Krasnoyarsk is a city split in half by the Yenisey River, so bridges are essential for keeping the traffic moving.  If you look closely, some pontoons have already been put in place. There is no promise as to when the project will be finished though. Some are (I think optimistically) saying three years....
