Ending the silence

I appear to have hit a blogging silence. That's because there are too many things going on deeply in my consciousness that they don't make it to this blog.  So I'll break the silence briefly with a few pics from the last couple weeks.

A new tradition for married couples is to put a padlock symbolising their unity on the walking bridge to Tatisheva Island, on their wedding day.

Lamb soup, mmmm.

Buildings in Moscow are being given an extra layer of insulation and a face lift.

Wonder if this will ever happen in Krasnoyarsk.

Wow, a lot has been happening with you over the past couple of weeks or so, mini gold AND a trip to Moscow. I'm glad to see that it's been warm for you, love the tradition of the locks on the bridge, and am pleased to see Moscow looking after some of its buildings (instead of just tearing them down which has happened to too many....).
